Long time no see

 I have not written in a very long time on Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria. Starting in 2020 I was able to get off of all meds except Xyzal once a day. I try to go a few days to a few weeks without it but if I stay off it too long it takes just as long to recover, I feel most of the inflammation in my body, and its hard to describe what that feels like. But its pure exhausting when I do so. So I will give myself a couple days of not taking anything then start again. These days if I go a day or two too long it feels like mosquito bites all over.  Looking back on the journey I am surprised at myself. For keeping a job, for getting a job where the boss was understanding, and just making it through, with so many people not understanding where I was at. Its a confusing disease, with so many people with the same diagnosis but hardly the same symptoms. And still, to this day people don't understand the difference between being sick and having an autoimmune chronic illness. To this I am glad
